Also, the schedule can be synched with the mobile phone and used with it. The ‘Calendar’ feature can be accessed after signing in to the Gmail account. Click on the ‘Calendar’ option which is displayed at the top of the web page. Once you create a schedule or event in the calendar, it cannot be missed as the events will be reminded through email, pop-up or SMS. The time zone will have to be set when you access the ‘Calendar’ for the first time.
