Gmail Inbox

by Gmail Login Team on September 28, 2013

The Gmail Inbox consists of the new incoming messages, by default. If the user has set up a filter on the Gmail account, then the new incoming message will be delivered to that specified label in the rule of the filter, instead of the Inbox label. The messages in the Inbox can be marked as ‘Read’, ‘Unread’, ‘Important’ or ‘Not Important’. Also, a star can be added to a message. A message in the Inbox can be added to the ‘Tasks’ as well. The messages in Inbox can be moved to any other label. A message can also be muted in the Inbox.
