The Gmail password is needed while signing in to your Gmail account. The Gmail password is a combination of lower case letters, upper case letters, numbers, and the punctuation marks. Gmail recommends that the users change their passwords periodically for security concerns. The password should not be written down in a paper or notepad. While creating the Gmail password, the users should bear in mind that the password should not be a dictionary word. The users need to create a password that is easy for them to remember and it should not be obvious for others to guess it easily.

Gmail Themes

The appearance of the Gmail account can be personalized by using the themes. It adds flair to your Inbox. The theme can be selected by clicking on the gear icon at the top of the Gmail page. Then, click on the ‘Themes’ tab. Now, the users can choose the theme of their choice. Some themes change depending on the time – sunrise, sunset and/or weather. These themes will have a drop down menu to select the user’s location. Depending on the location and time, that theme will change accordingly. If no location was selected, www.Gmail.com sets it to the capital city of the user’s country.
